Man, there are a lot of challenges to complete in Tomb Raider on PS4. Eggs to find, flags to burn, totems to destroy. Chances are you’re struggling to find them all. Especially as these aren’t marked on the map like the other stuff. Which is why I’ve prepped up a tips guide to help locate everything. Useful if you’re going for the trophies attached to 100%-ing the whole thing.

Let’s get one thing straight; if you own a PS4 and haven’t played it yet, then get Tomb Raider Definitive Edition. We awarded the PS3 original an 8 and stand by that – Tomb Raider is a supremely polished matinee adventure filled with action, drama and spectacular visuals. That the latter is the only noticeable improvement in this PlayStation 4 re-release is the main reason we’ve pulled the score down; there’s simply not enough extra content on offer to warrant buying the game all over again.

Here’s a chance to see all the graphical tweaks added to the PS4 version of Tomb Raider in direct comparison to the ‘soooo 2013′ PS3 version. Watch, as it does a great big graphic all over your eyes! The video’s a good yardstick for potential purchase, especially if you plumped for the last-gen release already. First impressions – it looks darker, Lara’s hair looks stragglier, and if we’re honest we don’t need much of an excuse to play it all over again.
