PS4, Vita & Vita TV will play PS3 games via Gaikai

It long been suspected that would happen, especially after Gaikai showed images of Killzone, LIttleBigPlanet, God Of War, Uncharted & inFamous on its site (which have since been removed).

The information came from Shuhei Yoshida speaking at the Tokyo Games Show. The plan is to launch with a, “library of PS3 games in North America next year”. Yoshida likened the service to Netflix in terms of providing a good range of content to browse and said the games would be available on PS4, PS Vita and PS Vita TV. However, when asked about Europe he stated there was “no specific timeframe to share”.
