Official PlayStation mag’s PS4 launch line up predictions – the games & their day one chances

Killzone: Shadow Fall

Chances: good

One of the few games here that we know with 100% certainty will be released alongside PS4. Unless Guerrilla Games’ head honcho Hermen Hulst has been feeding us porkies. A first-person shooter is a staple of modern console launches, and in the fourth core Killzone, Sony has a corker up its sleeve. Shadow Fall is set to retain all of the series’ traditional elements – clunky movement, bloodthirsty melee moves, graphics so pretty you want to cry – but also shake things up thanks to the new machine’s increased power. Think even more environmental damage, larger levels, and graphics so drop dead gorgeous you’ll be drowning in your own tears.
