No BioShock: Infinite multiplayer says Ken Levine
If you were looking forward to capturing flags in Columbia you best brace yourself for Big Daddy-sized disappointment. Irrational Games boss Ken Levine has confirmed that BioShock: Infinite will have no online multiplayer.
In the wee hours of Sunday morning Ken Levine’s Twitter account simply stated “no multi”, thus kiboshing any chances of team deathmatches set in the sky.
BioShock: Infinite’s release date of 26 February, which was heavily delayed, was rumoured to be down to problems with network issues for potential multiplayer modes, but that’s obviously not the case.
We’ll just have to content ourselves with the fact BioShock Infinite could likely be the game of 2013. Plus, BioShock 2′s multiplayer was hardly a COD-beater.
