Assassin’s Creed 4 – our sequel wishlist

Leave colonial America

Assassin’s Creed games have a knack of becoming unwelcome before they decide to up and move to a new historical setting. This shouldn’t be the case, and every game should feature an entirely new period with more than 12-months in between releases. With a tonne of speculation regarding future settings – from feudal Japan to Victorian London, even Hunchback of Notre Dame era Paris – the wealth of history at Ubisoft’s disposal is nearly endless. Don’t be lazy with sub-sequels; give us Assassin’s Creed 4.
