PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale beta begins 17th October for PS Plus subs, 24th Oct for everyone else

The beta for PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale is imminent: PS Plus members will get access on October 16th, the general population on October 24th, giving testers six characters and two locations to give the quality assurance treatment. The multiplayer beta on PS Vita also starts October 16th.

Kratos, Sweet Tooth, Colonel Radec, Sly Cooper, PaRappa and Fat Princess are all present in the beta, along with the Metropolis and Hades stages. You’ll be able to go online and try 2v2 or four-player multiplayer scraps until the beta closes on October 30th.
