Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut DLC released 26th June, gives players “closure”

Mass Effect 3 extended cut

Bioware have announced that the Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut DLC will be available as a free download on June 26th. It’s described as, “not a set of different endings but rather an expansion of the regular story”.

Check out the podcast below to hear producer Casey Hudson and lead writer Mac Walters talk about the new content and discuss its creation. According to Hudson the new content, “expands the ending of Mass Effect 3 through expanded scenes and an epilogue sequence. So it provides a lot of the closure players are after and answers some of the questions people have been asking. It give someone the sense of what the future holds”.
