7 ways Watch Dogs stole E3

Nobody expected it

We had new IP in the shape of Beyond: Two Souls, there was very little at E3 that was wholly unexpected. Watch Dogs immediately felt like a bleary, quixotic surprise, obscuring the identikit parade of flabby shooters and mainstream dance games. And not only did Watch Dogs have the brass balls to be completely new, it kept pouring on the awesome when you thought it was finished. The final trick? Pulling back into an astounding, networked, multiplayer world, that even lets you handle the busywork away from your PS3. Mind: boggled.
