Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 heading to PS3?

Well, obviously. Of course it is. However, Fusible have discovered that Blackops2.com has recently been bought up by Activision. According to their detective work the company went on a spending spree in August to buy up multiple sequel-friendly Call Of Duty Black Ops domains but Blackops2.com wasn’t identified as one of them. Until now. The domain existed, having first been registered in May 2010, but remained private. (Check out our PS3 Call Of Duty Black Ops review if you’re unsure as to why this is a big deal). Presumably the new game will just integrate into the existing Call Of Duty Elite when it’s out.
Apparently a recent change in the hosting of the domain revealed Activision’s new ownership. Fusible suggest a private owner was holding the name and Activision might have stumped up some cash for it. They also, unsurprisingly, think a release date this year is likely.
Thanks Fusible
