PS VIta reality fighters AR card

Sometimes you just have to print out a six foot AR card and play Reality Fighters with life size people. You’ll know when. For me that time was today. Mainly because Sony sent the cards over this morning and, as it turns out, sellotaping 20 pieces of A4 together is quite the challenge. Especially when people need the office floor for ‘walking’.

Resident Evil 6 – What would Leon look like if he ditched his 1998 haircut?

Sweet merciful, Lickers above. What monstrosity doth offend my ocular cavity? Why, it’s Leon S. Kennedy from the new Resident Evil 6 trailer sporting a Justin Bieber ‘do. Our Secret Service agent’s locks haven’t been touched by a pair of sheers since his first day on the Raccoon City beat back in 1998. So we decided it was time to see what he’d look like if zombie Brutus the Barber Beefcake when to town on those oh so stylish curtains.

Street Fighter x Tekken PS3PS Vita Pac-Man and Mega Man 6

Because… Screw you that’s why. Mega Man is apparently based on his ‘bad box art’ incarnation (read: fat madman in a tight suit) while Pac-Man fights by controlling a big Mokujin like a mech. There are some pictures and video after the click which you should probably look at just to get the images out of your head.

Well, that was quick. Scant hours after Insomniac CEO Ted Price shot down a Resistance sequel by saying, “We won’t be making any more Resistances” he jumped on Youtube to confirm the series will continue elsewhere.

Ghost Recon Future Soldier PS3

Why should you care about another modern shooter? It’s a tough question, and one I’m not sure Ghost Recon: Future Soldier can answer convincingly, even if Jeremy Paxman were giving it a grilling. Some of its environments look ominously COD-like, and those are big toes to step on. But under the generic visuals lies the ace up Future Soldier’s sleeve: deadly gadgets and gizmos galore. Basically, this is Sam Fisher doing Modern Warfare.
